Returns
If in the unfortunate event you are unhappy with your order, or there is a defect with your product(s),  please email us at info@pagodaclothing.co.uk within 14 days of delivery including the following:

  • Order number
  • Name
  • Email address 

You must return the item in the exact condition it was received. Any signs of wear/ tear, label removal or failure to contact us within the 14 day window will leave us unable to process your refund. As a small independent brand we appreciate the compliance of our policy.

We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment and recommend your return is tracked for visibility.

Order Cancellation
We are unable to cancel orders after the order has been placed, though for changes to the order please contact info@pagodaclothing.co.uk or DM us on Instagram.

International Shipping
International orders may include duties and taxes, this is calculated by local customs authorities. If these fees are not covered by the customer we will deduct return shipping from the refund amount.  If this is not paid Pagoda Clothing reserves the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.

EU Orders
As a result of Brexit EU Commercial goods sent to any country in the EU are be subject to VAT and, as such, customs clearance will be needed. Rates may vary by country. You may have to pay the imposed country VAT charges, the import and customs duties.
